Welcome to my website, I go by many names but you can call me Simi. I am a recent graduate of KU Leuven with a MSc in Social and Cultural Anthropology.  I also hold a BA  International Relations and Anthropology from SUNY Potsdam.

What is Anthropology? Anthropology is the study of humans, in the most holistic way

(As a field we are working on, righting the wrongs of those before us).

My love for learning languages and history, mixed with being an artist and traveler, have made me the scholar I am today. This blog acts as my own ethnographic journal of the world and the people I meet. (also about my life as a traveler)
